As a founding client, you’ll receive our full-service lifestyle and estate management package — at a rate and access level that will never be offered again. This page outlines exactly what you’ll receive, how it works, and how we’ll tailor it around your property and preferences.
What is Reserved for You
Bi-Weekly Home Walkthroughs
Bi-weekly check-ins include a full interior and exterior walkthrough, HVAC and appliance checks, lighting and irrigation review, water leak and security inspection, and package collection with indoor placement. Trash bin service is available upon request.
Package & Mail Collection
We collect and securely place incoming mail, packages, and deliveries inside your home during scheduled visits — ensuring nothing is left unattended or exposed. Time-sensitive items are given special care and can be moved per your instructions.
Vendor Coordination & Supervision
We schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and installations — from vendor entry to securing your home after. Each visit is documented with photos and notes, so you're fully informed without being on-site.
Errand Support & Deliveries
We handle deliveries of groceries, Amazon packages, furniture, and wine, and can oversee fridge restocks or home prep before your return. We also provide walk-throughs before or after guest stays or private events to ensure everything is ready — or restored.
Seasonal & Preventative Care
We manage seasonal upkeep with custom Spring and Fall maintenance checklists, coordinate holiday lighting and décor vendors, and handle routine tasks like HVAC filter tracking and irrigation timer resets — so your home stays ahead of the season.
Direct Concierge Access
You’ll have direct access to your concierge via text, call, or email Monday through Friday. Whether you need a quick update or emergency vendor support while away, we serve as your single point of contact for anything involving your home.
