Isaac grew up in a family of Hong Kong immigrants who built their life — and their business — around real estate. From a young age, he learned that homes aren’t just assets; they’re emotional investments, filled with responsibility and risk.

After years of working in residential property management for investors, he kept seeing the same problem: busy, successful homeowners had no one they fully trusted to care for their primary residence while they were away.

The idea for Summerlin Estate Concierge was born when his mother’s wine cellar A/C failed during a family vacation — her Screaming Eagle was ruined. He’s seen car batteries die, fly infestations from missed trash days, and friends return from business trips to 90-degree homes with no vendor in sight.

These aren’t just inconveniences — they’re stress, disruption, and lost time.
